Feet on the Street is our way of bringing engagement to you. We know not everyone has the time or inclination to join us at public meetings and we know it’s important to try and get views off people we don’t normally speak to. Every couple of months we pop to a town or high street near you and ask questions on different issues around health and we feed these back into our CCG Board.
Feet on the Street involves recording your views on video camera and our friendly cameraman is often accompanied by a local GP, GP practice nurse or health professional.
If you would like us to visit you or have an opinion that needs sharing then get in touch with Helen at firstname.lastname@example.org
This month we focussed on childhood immunisations. Our Practice Nurse Mentor hit the streets and spoke to parents and carers around their views on immunisations.
Did they think having their child vaccinated was important, did they know what immunisations their child should have and when and did they have the right information to make decisions?
