Dudley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has been shortlisted for ‘CCG of the Year’ at the 2017 Health Service Journal Awards.
The CCG, which is responsible for planning and buying health services for people in Dudley, is among 10 organisations from across the country shortlisted for the prestigious award.
The CCG of the Year Award celebrates organisations capitalising on opportunities and overcoming challenges. Dudley CCG’s shortlisting highlights its achievements over the past year on the development of the Dudley Multi-speciality Community Provider (MCP).

Paul Maubach, Chief Officer of Dudley CCG said: “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award. I am very proud of our team, our staff and our GPs, here at the CCG who all work incredibly hard to improve the quality of care for Dudley people.
Being shortlisted is recognition of all the great work that they do”
All shortlisted organisations will go on to complete presentations and interviews to a judging panel made up of senior and influential figures from the health sector
The award winners will be announced on the 22 November 2017 at the HSJ ceremony held at the InterContinental O2.
