Your opportunity to take part in Personalised Care Workshop – FULL
As the NHS evolves nationally and locally, we want to ensure that patients and the public are at the heart of our decision making and have the opportunities to influence, to be involved and be listened to. We know that services work better when local people have the chance to work in genuine partnership to co-design those services. To help this along we are very pleased to invite you to take part in a 2 day local event to find out;
- what personalised care is,
- how it can make a useful difference,
- how we can make the change happen locally.
- And to hear about ongoing opportunities to influence the changes ahead
This is an exciting opportunity to explore how we can work together. The two days will be held at Apostolic Revival Centre, 117-120 Wolverhampton Road, Dudley, DY1 3AL on 30th January 2019 and at DY1 Community Building, Stafford Street, Dudley, DY1 1RT on 6th March 2019. The day will start with tea and coffee from 9.30 for a prompt 10am start until 4pm and lunch & refreshments are included. Day 1 and day 2 have different content and are linked so we need people to participate in both days.
